Default Jell-O Temptations Sugar-Free Mousse

Love, LOVE, LOVE the caramel one! I have yet to try the chocolate -- have some dark chocolate in the refrigerator I plan to try today. If it's anything like the caramel one, it will be to die for!

You will like it! lol I am actually eyeing the Caramel. Very rich tasting...just wished I could have more! I eat it super slow and savor the awesome taste. Very worth the 3gms of fat for that tiny container! lol

Ya know, after eating my third caramel mousse, I figured out what it reminds me of -- butterscotch pudding. I bet this stuff could be made with butterscotch pudding and cool whip at a fraction of the cost!

Default Sugar Free Chocolate Mousse

Yup, I found it last week and it is indeed AWESOME. Same calories, lighter in weight but not size, is just as filling as the pudding, but tastes totally decadent because it has a relatively high fat content. Made with the same Xylitol sweetener as the pudding, but is obviously no longer fat-free. I will always keep my fridge stocked with it and will probably go thru a pack a week......

These are WONDERFUL. Usually I'll place a few toasted nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans) on the top with a little SF whipped cream. I hope they stay on the market!!!
