Wanted to post and see what are some favorite, enerigizing songs everyone works out to. I feel like I'm going through about the same 20 over and over, LOL. So...what do you listen to?
Whatever's playing at the gym! If I'm out running then I'm listening to Podrunner. If I had to stop and think about what music to put on I'd never get round to exercising, lol I don't need another cause of procrastination

You know what song really really pushes me? There is a remix of Stronger by Kanye West and it makes me MOVE! I'm not a huge fan of his, but this song really propels me through my workouts.
I really like the Matrix soundtrack I listen to it so often when I'm walking or running, it's gotten to the point now that whenever I hear one of these songs in a club or coffeeshop I feel the strongest urge to go for a run
I just listen to my favorites: Muse (minus slow songs), Fair to Midland, System of a Down, Flyleaf, Demon Hunter, Scarlet Grey, Chevelle... anything that makes me happy.

I love salsa, merengue, and reggaeton. Shakira, Pitbull, Los Hermanos Rosario, La Banda Gorda, Proyecto Uno, Paulina Rubio...that stuff. It keeps me going FAST.
