Default point question! Please help!

Hello Ladies!

I've been trying to find the answer to this online and haven't been able to so I figured that this would be the best place!

I'm having a hard time calculating my points for part of my dinner. Specifically, my mom made small boneless pork chops (2oz). First she battered them lightly then fried them quickly and then cooked them in the oven on a rack to drain out the oil!

How many points would this be. The porkchop is 3 pts, I added 2 pts for breading and lets say 1 tbsp oil for 1 point. Am I right? Total = 6 pts?

Thanks in advance!

CalorieKing is giving 3.8 points for 2 oz of Pork: Loin, chops, center, lean only, pan-fried, edible portion (150 calories, 9.6 fat, 0 fiber).

***Edit - That probably doesn't include the breading. 2 pts for breading is pretty generous. I'd say 6 points for the total is pretty fair.

You said 1 Tablespoon of oil - that equals 4 points. That would be a lot. Did you mean 1 teaspoon?

Was there oil left in the pan after she fried and baked them. In that case you are probably okay with 6 points.
