Well, depends on everything you eat and total calories. And it's a somewhat concentrated, liquid sugar dose - something some people have a lot of trouble with, and others don't.

But it is calories that you can't use for something solid and filling. If you're having trouble with hunger at all, I'd consider having 2 apples instead!

I try not to drink my calories and I avoid all juices. To me, drinking juice is not much different than drinking a sugary soda, its really just sugar you are drinking, whether it is no sugar added or not.

I looked up the calories 1 cup of apple juice and it is 120 calories. A medium sized apple is 90 calories. So you could eat 4 apples in a day or drink 3 cups of apple juice. Also if your glasses are bigger than 8 ozs, you could easily be drinking 500 calories or more per day. That is pretty significant.

Ok.. so I now know to limit the Apple Juice to maybe half of an 8oz glass, in which I will be mixing my Apple Cider Vinegar in, lol

I can drink bottled water but I can only drink like 2 of them in a day, can't drink much water because I feel pukey when I do.

Jellybean, what about herbal tea? Iced herbal tea? hot herbal tea? Celestial seasonings makes a cinnamon-apple herbal tea.

Also, what about a bit of fresh lemon in your water?

Also, you can dilute your apple juice with water as well.

Hmm, cinnamon-apple herbal tea.. sounds interesting. Is that one you don't need to add sweetener to? With teas I use Splenda. My mom makes Salada Iced Tea with the Splenda Blend, but can't drink alot of that either even though it makes me go to the bathroom alot, unlike any other drinks, LOL.

I have Yogi Detox tea and Green Tea.. the Detox tea has cinnamon in it.

I don't add sweetener to any teas I drink, I don't think they need it. Herbal teas with fruit tend to be sweet anyway.
