I didn't have the opportunity to record my weight while I was working out to the dvds, but this is my all-time favorite workout! It makes you VERY sore - but you always feel better after its over so its worth working through it.
I didn't lose very much weight, just a couple pounds. Which I think is kinda common. BUT - my strength and endurance improved immensely, I started to get cut muscles on my legs. Definitely lost back fat. But my body doesn't seem to be interested in losing weight, gaining muscle - yes.

festivas,
I know what you mean. I'm on day 21 of my diet/30 minute excercise a day plan. The scale is not moving the way I want but I do feel stronger and my husband says that my waist looks thinner. Wish I could loose the back fat-it's my least fav part of my body right now. Well, that and the double chin. Know any excercises for that?
I've been doing it for about 2 weeks. I haven't lost much weight but my body is definitely more toned and I've lost a pant size already. Also it completely melts back fat!!
I lost 10 lbs the first time through (combined with eating 1400-1600 calories a day). And then I lost 9 lbs the second time through. After that I had to switch it up a bit so I wouldn't get bored. I'm shredding again now. It's a great workout.
I haven't been weighing myself but my body has changed a lot and its only Day 11 for me. I updated my blog with Day 10 progress pics (in sidebar)! I'm thrilled with how its going so far.
I just started 30DS. Today was day 3 on level one and my thighs and upper arms are so sore I can barely move...lol I really thought I was in good shape...I've lost 185 pounds so far, walk miles a week, do lots of lifting and other physical activity, but after the first 10 minutes I thought I was going to die. I started the shred because it's been so rainy and gloomy outside I couldn't get out and do my daily work, so I thought I should compensate somehow. I'm only looking to lose a few more pounds, and maintain. Over the winter it would be nice to do the shred maybe a couple times a day as my primary workout...like level one before breakfast and level 3, (if I can make it without dying) in mid-afternoon before kids come home from school.
