Default It's My Birthday!


What a special birthday too. This is the first birthday since 1993 that I have not been overweight. To celebrate? I ran my three miles this morning and then did one jumping jack for every year I am now! Tonight we are headed to one of those places that make your meal on the fire in front of you. I plan on doing Sushi there. I know my kids will love the fire thing though!

3FC, this month marks my one year birthday with YOU too!

Thank you for a wonderful year. Thank you most for joining me on this journey. Your ongoing encouragement and advice--well, it's the best gift you could ever give IMHO.
