I have dark chocolate. It doesn't compel me to eat 5 bars like milk chocolate does. I don't even care much for milk chocolate anymore. The only chocolate that really gets me anymore, in overdoing it, is brownies , but I guess that predictable when mixing chocolate with white flour . I still need to figure a way to have that without either going overboard or being unsatisfied with the portion I did have.

I have some chocolate- I have a bag of dark chocolate chips that I keep and when I want chocolate I count out five tiny pieces, savor them, and move on At first I was going 1-2 times a day to it- now it's like a few times a week. Slowly weaning myself off of it.

Great ideas - I think i'll go and purchase some dark chocolate that's already portioned out for me. That would def. help with the over indulging!

Thanks All!

chocolate is easy. I consider dark chocolate a healthy food- it has antioxidants and is supposed to help with depression, so for real, it's ok to have a little!

you can melt a portion of dark chocolate in bowl in the microwave and then mix the melted chocolate with some strawberries to help make it more filling.
