I'd love to hear about Corti Trim, too! (although I cringe at spending any more money than I already have...)

I have been using the Corti Trim for about two weeks now. I can't tell if it is that or the tons of other stuff they have me on. I am losing about 6lbs a week and my pant are getting bigger so something is working but I sure can't tell you what it is.. Sorry..

I started taking it in the beginning, but have since switched to the more affordable and comparable Relacor from Walmart...I buy it at Sams 2 bottles at a time for around $25.00 - helps with the stress - and yes I have lost over 60 inches and my stomach has slimmed down considerably.

The only thing I have done is follow the program to the T and drink all the water and then some. I am taking alot of supplements and I honestly don't know what is helping with the weight loss. You are doing really well with the 11lb weight loss in three weeks! Keep up the good work. I think I might be stalled for the moment on my weight loss. Sometimes I gain a .5 pound and they tell me it is because I gained muscle so that is a good thing! Just follow the plan and drink all the water you can and the weight will come off.

Cheers!

Ronnie

Smile Coti-Trim Works

I started the Corti-Trim 7 days after I started the diet. I was measured
at 20 days or so and had lost 16 inches. 2.5 inches were from the abdomen.
I do believe it helped me loose the extra inches. I am now at 12.3 lbs at 27 days - 47.7 to go. Yippee!!!

I think I would have to agree about the Corti Trim. I do believe it does work. My mid section has definetely slimmed way down. At first I wasn't sure if that was it or not,but I believe it must be. I think I may find something cheaper though that I can get somewhere else.

Cheers!

I'm taking Cortitrim & MRC-6, along with the EFA and VIT. I'm only on day 21, but have lost 3 inches off my abdomen. So something is working. Good to know that Relacore is comparable and cheaper, I may switch to that when my supply runs out. It's all exspensive, but if It works, for me, It will be worth it.

Ronnie - what all supplements are you taking??? I am taking just the usual: vitamin, B6, B12, and flaxseed oil. I did take Phentatrim but stopped it as I didn't feel it was working. I still have a bottle of it so may start taking it again. What does the cortitrim do and how much is it?? How much is the Relacore at Walmart???

I'm taking the Cortitrim and am on day 9 of blue diet---following everything to the T. Do you recall when the inches started coming off? I haven't measured yet but not noticing a big difference by sight anyways. Am sure it's different for everyone but just curious when it was for you and others.

A few of you have asked what supplements I take so here they are:

Cortitrim
Chromium Picolanate
Flax oil
Calcium
CQ 10
B6
MRC-6
MSM
EFA
Iodine
Multi vitamin
I was takine Phentertrim but when the bottle was empty I figured I was taking enough stuff so I really didn't need it. I sometimes stop taking something if they ask me to go on something else. Their stuff isn't cheap so I can't afford all the stuff they tell me I need to take.. So there you have it.. Take from it what you will. I think each one does better with some than others.

Cheers!

The PAPER TOWEL effect!

Take a full roll of paper towels, and take roll off and remove 5-10 sheets. You probably cannot even tell the difference. HOWEVER, the more sheets you remove, the more obvious it becomes that the roll is getting smaller.

Same with the body, the first 15-20lbs (depending on your starting weight/height) are going to be hard to visually notice. Seemingly, the weight will come off BEFORE you notice the size coming off.
