Congrats on your weight loss Jenn, that's wonderful!!
I was away too for the past week, and way off my eating plan. So tomorrow I am starting back trying to eat healthy and within my foodmover limits.

I'm following an exchange plan. A few years ago, I discovered "Deal-a-Meal" style cards that could be downloaded on the tops.org website. I used them for a while, but eventually created a checklist style food log using spreadsheet software. I sized them for my Day Planner, and recently made a tiny pocket version to take to restaurants and friends homes, so I can be more discreet.

Hi, Everyone:

I lost 60 lbs. using the Foodmover and Richard Simmons healthy eating and exercise program. Now I work at keeping all those lbs. off.

Yes, Richard's program is essentially the exchange program, and it works.

Best of luck to you on your weight-loss journey.

I've got one, and I like exchange based. Right now I'm trying something different with meal delviery but eventually will go back to exchanges when I'm cooking it myself.

So you aren't alone! Keep at it!

What I like best about exchange plans is that most of the time, you can use the cookbooks from all he different plans interchangeably (the Dash diet is the only one that requires a little bit of "translation" to use for other plans).

I have a list of exchange cookbooks on my blog (some of which I've read or own, but most of them are on my "want to find and read" list, so I can't vouch for the quality of any). If anyone knows of any others, pm me if you'd like and I'll add them to the list.

So if anyone's interested, here's the list.

Is there a daily or weekly thread for exchanges? I'm new here so I'm still finding my way around. I just ordered the Food Mover this weekend so I'm waiting (anxiously) for it to arrive.

I lost weight before with Richard's Deal a Meal and really liked the plan. It was simple for me to use since I wasn't always looking up calories or points.

I am waitingn for my WATP tapes to come in. I cannot wait. I have been working out with my daughter with the Slim in 6 boot campe tapes. Those are a killer but I can definately tell a difference.

Does everyone like their WATP tapes?

All the Sue Spitler books have exchange break outs on the side. These are the ones I have

I use the Foodmover regularly, but I am not a member of the Richard Simmons website.
