I have been wanting a Wii...however - is this an alternative game SYSTEM just for fitness, or just a game you can buy for the regular Wii?

I am thinking of getting some sort of Wii for christmas...

I love how you can pick how many cals you want to burn! It took a good 50 mins to burn 310 cals. I even did the 10 min freestyle run.

which was AMAZING.

holy cow!!! I love the wii fit plus I just got it today and tried it today along with the sports and the personal trainer and the balance pad I can do yoga and tons of other stuff plus resistance bands and it tracks my progress and man did I sweat.I highly reccomend it. the only problem is sadly my speed and stamina are at an 80 year old but it will track my progress so I will get better but hey I did KO my husband twice on boxing
