Im sure this has been asked a bunch already, but i was reading the FS book and it says in Phase 1 i can have 6oz of yogart (2 times daily)....does that mean 6x2 or 6 ounces over the course of the day? Just want to make sure im reading it right.

I took that as meaning two times a day (6oz each)

oh ok, thats great....i took it the other way, yay!! I a, begining to really like yogart and thats good news.
