I am going to try for a loss or turtle this month. Our weigh-in is on Tuesday nights, so this year instead of Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we will be weighing in only(no meeting) on Monday nights for December 23 and 30th.
Dec 3 gain 3
Dec 10 lose 2
Dec 17 gain 1/2 (our Christmas Party)
Dec 23 lose 3/4 lb
Dec 30 forgot to weigh in!!! (different night/routine)
Best wishes to everyone during this often stressful time, with temptations for overindulgence around every corner!!
Lost 3/4 of a pound for a total of 28 and 3/4 pound loss since July!!
Had our Tops christmas party tonight. What a feast. I never saw so much food in one place. But I brought a fat free spinich dip that tasted great and some little philo cups filled with fat free sugar free pudding.
I just ate moderatly. So I think I will be ok for the next weigh in.
These Christmas party's can be killers. I thought with a weight group, there would at least be some fruit and vegatables to munch on. Oh well, its Christmas.
