Hey it's me again. Just wanted to thank all the members who welcomed me to 3FC!
I have to leave in 15 min, but I got to say 3FC rocks!
Last night I was in one of THOSE moods, and the evil voices in my head were trying to get me to justify getting a very unhealthy, binge food dinner. After spending some time on 3FC, I got up, made my healthy Talipia dinner. When I went to bed, I felt good about myself and my eating for that day instead of feeling like a failure.
I guess they're right, you shouldn't listen to the voices in your head!

I often feel guilty for being here reading when there is obvious cleaning that needs done... but I do not like to clean and often times when I start to clean the binge monster hits me and I end up eating.... if I am sitting here I'm sipping on my water and my fingers are usually busy typing not allowing me to munch.
