this book called TOFU: Quick and Easy by Louise Hagler is pretty good. It even has nutritional info per serving for each recipe.

Lottie your food choices always sound so yummy. Can't wait to hear how it tasted and maybe get a peek at the recipe.

I have tofu on my next shopping list, we'll see if it makes it to the check out or not, but you're definitely giving me "food" for thought!!!

I saw a tofu press online, it showed how much water could be pressed out, was amazing!!
