I take a Multi, a grotesque amount of Calcium + D, and Glucosamine & Chondroitin, all per my doctor. I also take Feverfew daily, even though my Dr thinks I'm a lunatic for it, because it helps my migraines.
Vit D 1000 mg daily on Dr's recommendation. Edit: Actually I have dropped to every other day due to indications I might be getting too much D. May be adjusting after next test for blood level.
Fish Oil 1200 mg and 1 baby aspirin daily - started this on my own based on data I had read and my Dr ok'd later when I first became her patient.
Multi daily.
Calcium carbonate to supplement dietary calcium if food log shows I was low that day.

i take a Bcomplex and a combined iron and vitamin c supplement because my doctor found a deficiency in both B vitamins and iron, the vitC is so the iron is absorbed properly.
Right now just a multivitamin. Thinking of trying probiotics (some intestinal issues) and don't have the nerve to take fish oil that's sitting in the fridge. I don't like fish at all and the fishy burps I'll get when I take them (used to take them many years ago, the burps is what made me stop taking them) is making me hesitant.
Does anyone have any pointers on how to prevent the fishy burps? And also, does anyone else have an issue with swallowing pills? I tend to gag on them, no matter how much water I take them with.

Try supplementing with flax seed oil and include sesame and sunflower oils in your diet. You'll get the same result without the fish.
Also, chewables or drinkable! My 13 year old can't swallow pills, so I look for adult chewables for her. Recently, my husband found a powder kind that you add to a water bottle.
Thank you, Rhonda! I'll be sure to look for flaxseed oil capsules. At your suggestion I checked to see if One-A-Day makes a chewable vitamin and it turns out, it does.
I take a multi-vitamin for chickies over 40 (how'd THAT happen??) and also a Lecithin pill. My dad's dad dropped from a heart attack at 43 and my dad's doc told him he had the same weird lipid thing in his blood and that a soy lecithin a day would solve the problem. Dad's 71 so I guess it worked LOL I take one too!
What's with all the baby aspirin??? is that for prevention of heart attack?
