Default New View on Food

I have lost the majority of my weight very sporadically over the last 4 years. I have only committed to the food or the exercise here and there but have mainly just changed my view.

Today I realized that I have passed a milestone. I finally am viewing food as fuel. I was walking through the grocery store yesterday with my husband and we were looking for snacks for a day out fishing. He naturally gravitated towards the chip isle but I just could not find anything appetizing there so we cruised over and got some lean lunch meat and low fat cheese and some bottled water. Then today I was picking out food for lunch and I realized that I could not bear the thought of eating empty calories.I want food to make me feel like moving not like taking a nap and I finally can make the "right" choice every time.

I really feel like I am on my path to healthy balanced eating. YEAH for me !!!

Something similar is happening to me. i am to the point i cant' eat very much, even the thought of overeating makes me feel sick to my stomach.

i'd much rather have lean meats and cheese.

Congrats!!!!
