Default Need help with calorie level!

Ok I've been eating based on Jillian's book and I use my BMR X (activity level) and I was doing great until recently. My weight has stalled. I have added variety to my exercise and eating. I'm wondering if I should just go by the BMR and not multiply times that number. Any thoughts? What has been working for you?

Also I knowon the Biggest Lser they say your weight times 7. That seems low though. Any thoughs on that?

If you want to lose, you could just eat your BMR. add in your activity calories wen you are ready to maintain.

I have a bodybugg so it does it all for me. I shoot for 1000 calorie deficite each day. I eat 1450, burn 2450 my BMR is 1515 currently.
