I made it six miles!
After being stuck inside for a few days with a terrible cold, I decided to take advantage of the beautiful day and walk on a trail that starts near my house.

congrats. i've walked 5 miles...not 6 yet. with all the rain in ga i'm glad the sun is back out. walking outside is way better than the treadmill. the treadmill is so boring.

Thanks so much, everyone!rookietrader , I was so happy to have sunshine all day yesterday finally. Hopefully we'll get some more of it along with the fall temperatures.

6 miles is AWESOME.... especially at 289. I remember walking back then and 2-4 miles and I was spent! Keep at it you'll be amazed at what you can do down the road.
