summer squash
hi, I had summer squash for the first time yesterday, I BAKED it for about 1 hour until soft, it was very tasty, however, I also ate the skin!!! is it ok to eat the skin, it was a small squash so the skin was not very tough, it was like the skin on a sweet pototoe, I cleaned it before baking,
just want to make sure that it is ok to eat the skin, I have another summer squash that I will be preparing next weekend( carb treat)
