Hello all,

I started my weight loss journey on June 10th and it was the turning point in my life. I have always been overwieght all my life but really gained the weight in the past 5 years. I have no one to blame but myself. I was the one who kept on putting the food in my mouth. But that all changed. I excercise almost everyday and cut down the calories. Here are the before and after pictures so far. So far I have lost over 60 lbs. I still have a ways to go but I am very proud of what I accomplished so far.
