Thank you Gary... I saw the 'closed sign' and figured you would be along any time to get us going again..
Nail biter here tonight with Toronto... its 10-9 Boston in the 8th...
So I have a little debate going with a guy I work with...
Do you think 'home-town' announcers to be team-neutral ? or root for the home team ?

The St.Louis Post dispatch is reporting that Smoltz will be signing with the Cards.

------------- Rut Ro.... I will be back later... I have to go bite my tongue...
Now William... Let us not forget these are the World Champion Boston Red Sox... and as die-hard members of RSN... we must keep our chins up, our heads held high... and stay positive.. Because it's simple, starting with NY this weekend everyone else's bats will turn to rubber and the balls to grapefruit No prob... we'll be fine...

Caroline you are tied in the wild card race. Take deep breaths.
Gosh you're playing the Yankees again, seems like you are always playing them.

Good question Bill ... to me, it depends on the call ...
Clydegirl... Smoltz is going to be in the pen ? It kinda bums me out that he would have no part of the RS pen... I guess things change when your a man without a country...
We go against Halliday tonight... hmmm... hope we can tucker him out early.
We are playing the Yankees this weekend, we play them 19 times each season.. which is not so great news at the moment... The awesome news in RSN is Jerry Remy will be back in the booth on Friday to welcome the Yankees back to Boston !!!
