I'm so excited - I work during the day and couldn't be bothered to record it LOL but it's being replayed each night @ 10 p.m. (here in Eastern Canada) 
I love Dr. Oz, he's so common-sensical and to the point - I have the "You Workout" to try, hope it's fun!

I tried to read his books. I really did, but every other sentence was some silly freakin' analogy and it drove me nuts! I like the guy...I've watched him on tv too, but his books drove me bonkers! I gave them to my mom. I am personally looking forward to the new season of "The Biggest Loser". Last year, that show inspired me like no other!

Thanks for the reminder Trazey. I might try and catch it here in the evening as well. I've always enjoyed watching him on t.v.
Also, thanks for letting us know about the show "Hoarders." I am hooked!

I can't wait  Today it's supposed to be about 'sexual famine' and how it contributes to the widespread depression in America.
I'm gonna have to miss like the last 10 mins of it since I pick my kids up from school...it is coming on at 2 here.

heheh as if i'm the TV guru  heheh what can i say!!! i find that hoarders show like a car accident - horrifying but i CAN'T. LOOK. AWAY! heheheh

meh i think the show will have some growing pains for a while ! what I found intriguing was the 258 pound woman (she looked pretty good for that size) with a fast food addiciton, and he showed the the salt/fat/sugar she was eating ina week. I WAS HER!!!! yuck as if i had that much crap in me, yeesh

One of my gymmates has been selected by Dr Oz for a 60 day challenge. I think she is on Friday's show - look for Amanda.
I have taken the next 60 days as if I'm her - with a camera following me around. The only thing is I hope they don't film us in the gym.
