Default Having a smoothie day today

Had a Chinese takeaway last night. A trifle unexpected, I was meant to be at a supper meeting at my bishop's.
I took a wrong turning.
I found the street.
Couldn't find the house (it has a name, no number).
I drove up and down.
I walked up and down.
I rang his business number - answering machine with personal number on.
I rang his personal number - answering machine.
I walked up and down a bit more.
I went home. (Memo, write an apology note today)
I was hungry, having saved a lot of calories for the supper meeting.
I ate a takeaway. TBH, probably not that bad on the calories: hot and sour soup; duck and veggies (more veggies than duck); oh yes, fries, but they were very dry fries.

Anyway, decided to have a smoothie day today. I like them, they're different enough to what I normally have to be interesting, they take away any decision making. I'll go back to real food tomorrow. Honest!

Do you mean you're having smoothies all day? Like for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?????????

All righty. If that's what you think is "going to do it for you". Just be open to adding in some chewable food if you feel like it without thinking you've gone "off plan", okay???

If I could have got into town today, it would have been all but (life's too short to explain why I couldn't but) I couldn't. So had apple and blue cheese for lunch, will have cold chicken and veggies tonight.
