1 lite english muffin with a little bit of margarine spray
1 egg pan cooked with cooking spray, salt, and mrs. dash
1 cup of coffee with sugar free creamer, and splenda

last thing was lunch:

1 wholewheat dry toast. with 2 egg omelate (onion, green peppers, sweetcorn), and baked beans. 3 mini crackers with cheese and branston pickle.

dessert -1/3 cup of Trix cereal with semi skimmed milk.

1 packet of disco crisps BBQ flavour. 1 martini glass of Lilt zero.

Sometimes I wish I worked 7 days a week for this reason, I always eat bad when I am at home. lol

Just finished tuna melt and homemade chicken/veggie soup (lunch)

Yogurt-fruit parfait, made with plain nonfat yogurt sweetened with Stevia, raspberries, blueberries, and sliced peach. Now I need to wash out my antique champagne glass, but it was yummy and so pretty!

half a peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwhich. and then a piece of mild cheddar cheese.
