Ok so my baby is 10 months old now, i recently stopped breastfeeding so now I have been drinking protein shakes twice a day, taking a green tea diet pill , eating low carb meals and working out for 35-40 minutes 4 times a week...its been 1.5 weeks now and i have lost only 2 pounds! What am I doing wrong?!
Do you think if I cut out the protein shakes I'll lose more weight? I have 23 pounds to lose still and Im getting depressed! I thought I would be back to normal weight by now
Any suggestions?
