There are many reasons to stay on plan today... But, this post is about the ONE reason you will stay with it today.

I will stay on plan today because this is the time of year I tend to fall off the wagon and I'm not going to allow that to happen.

Ah, yes mobility is a wonderful thing. I will stay on plan because the things I want to do are easier if I'm not carting around a lot of excess poundage.
