Need support
I lost a bunch of weight and now have gained 25 lbs. back in the last three months. Sooooo frustrating. Now I have to lose somewhere between 100 and 122 lbs.
I am going to do WW points which is just another variation of counting calories but seems somehow easier for me to do, when I do it!
Today is a new day and I am going to take care of my body rather than putting crap in and expecting it to run like it could. I am veggie and fruit challenged. I have set a reward for when I reach 200 lbs.

You can be in Vegas in no time, and what an awesome reward for all the hard work you're going to do. If WW is what works for you then it is what you should do, I have seen it have some amazing results. My brother is also veggie challenged. He makes himself eat his veggies first and then rewards himself with his meat, maybe that would help you too.

Yes!!! Every single day is yours to make the right choices that will lead you to a better today - and every day.
As far as the veggies go, be creative. Experiment. Use different vegetables and spices and cooking methods, ones that you've never used and discover just how yummy they are. Take a look at this thread for some great ideas:
101 Ways to Make Vegetables

Glad to have you on board. And remember that every excess pound on you, is one you CAN take off.

Welcome aboard! A lot of people go through re-gains, I know I have. It's all part of the learning process, I guess. I have had a lot of success with WW in the past. This time I am counting calories.

Thanks everyone for the positives. Eating my veggies first with the other stuff being the reward is a good idea, have to give it a go.
Will have a look at the 101 thread too.
It is funny though how a person's tastes change with age, I have found that I really like frozen spinach with vinegar, collard greens fresh from the garden, and chard. Used to avoid those like the plague.

Hi Sue!
I used to hate lettuce or leaf based salads. For some reason this week, I'm having spinach, tomato, cucumber, onion and shredded carrot with a light dressing as my bed-time snack! I don't know why.
Congrats on re-committing to yourself again! I just recently did as well. Doesn't it feel fantastic to KNOW you are being good to yourself?
