I moved....
From Obese into the Overweight range in the BMI and didn't even notice. How is that possible? Well, according to the findyourbmi thing on the sidebar of this post. I know this time, I'm way more calm about the whole process and peaceful. I know I'll get there and that it's not a race of numbers. It didn't creep on in 6.75 months, it won't come off in any defined amount of time either. I know I'm happier and less number obsessed and more calories in vs calories out focused. I listen to my body and if I'm hungry, I eat. I just eat better stuff. Hmmm...maybe that's always been the key for me, don't worry about what isn't happen and enjoy what is. And I truly am just enjoying each day as it comes. Still, you'd think a fat chick would be keeping a closer eye on when she goes from obese to overweight?
