Been there done that. Sometimes it takes a while to adapt. You'll do all right. Just hang in there. Do you earn activity points?

Most people use up their weekly points on the weekend. Try not to fret as it will only make it worse. Sandra is right....exercise will give you some extra points if you need them.

I do earn about 3 pts a day in activity pts. so at least it is not THAT bad.

I got the ea sports active for my 7th anniv from hubby. I love it. I just wish I could have some time without my kids to do it, lol

When I started SF I budgeted 5 Weekly Points per day until I got the hang of it. My biggest challenge was switching away from1% milk which was using up all of my points. I found several fat free milks which are thicker then regular slim and it has made all the difference in the world. One brand is Over the Moon and there are a couple of others...

Braum's has good milk, too, but I don't know how widespread Braum's is. My husband swears by their milk. He loves it.
