Hi
I am jumping on the weight loss wagon. I had a baby 4.5 months ago and need to shed some baby weight. I also kept 10 pounds after each of my other kids. I want to lose 40 total. I'm going to try the Bistro MD diet. I'm also going to start doing the 30 Day Shred. Hope to meet you all soon. Thanks.

Hi beaner and welcome!! I also have a 4mo and have "kept" some weight from previous pregnancies. I am also nursing a very hungry baby and can relate with you! This is a great, supportive and considerate forum. Can't wait to get to know you!!
