Are there any foods, cuisines, or behaviors you are trying to sacrifice as part of a permanent healthy lifestyle?

What foods or cuisines or behaviors do you know aren't 100% healthy but you allow yourself to indulge in anyway?

I haven't sacrificed a thing, forever. I eat at home a lot when I am being good on WW. Right now I am very strict, so not too much pizza. I try to just save my points for the things I want. Tomorrow I am going to the fair and will be having a sweet dessert.

I've drastically changed the way I eat, but I suppose the only thing I've 100% sacrificed is binging and eating past full.

I have had to sacrafice fast food. I would kill for a big mac but I can not allow myself to eat one at this time I am not sure I would stop! lol
