i"ve been eating very healthy
no junk food..about 1200 cal or so a day....its been like 2 or three weeks...i weigh myself on a scale and it shows i'm in the same weight range the whole time...so the scale is about the same but it seems that i dropped a jean size.......the size i wear being big the waist can be pulled to my hips and probably taken off without unzipping and the next size down fitting just fineto a little loose.
so does this constitute weight loss even though i'm not seeing any changes on the scale?????
i just don't get it it never went like this before for me....
any advice is appreciated
Yeah, I had a lot of measurement-scale dissociation. I look at it this way: if one doesn't have good news, the other might. More good news overall = good thing
