Default A good doctor visit.
So I went to the doctor today and found out that... I no longer have prediabetes My fasting glucose level went from 114 to 72 ^-^ I am so happy. I've been exercising (walking and riding the bike) for a few months now, and she said that exercise could make it drop like that. WOW. I'm so happy. I was terrified I was going to have diabetes at such a young age :/ Who would've thought walking my dogs and riding my bike would change me from being on the high-end of prediabetes, to the perfect glucose level ^-^ YES

I've also lost 23 lbs and have kept it off. I have a lot more to lose, but it feels great to just lose it and keep it off. It gives me hope for the future.
