Default hi, new here!
hello ladies (and gentlemen too, if there are any). i'm not quite 30 but i will be in less than a month, so can i just join the group now?

here's a little about me:

i'm divorced, and currently dating an awesome guy
no kids, and no plans for kids
i do have fur babies (cats)
i've been a member here for a while but mostly just read posts, but i figure being more active here will help my efforts with weight loss

i'm thinking about starting couch to 5 k. and as far as diet....i don't follow anything by the book so to speak...but my diet looks a whole lot like south beach.
