Hey so since starting this diet last Monday I am obsessed with blogging. It is so great and easy to track what you are eating. I post everyday and have been taking pictures of my food. It is great to do instead of a journal. It is so much fun. If you do post your blogs so I can check them out. Check out my blog if you like. I had to add spaces because it wouldn't let me add a link.
