Hi everyone! I'm new and am so happy to find boards for YOAD!!
Are there any threads for listing what you eat each day?
How about grocery store finds..all YOAD approved of course?
I've been following YOAD for about two years now and still struggling with weight issues..the ups and downs. My main problem is eating in restaurants. It's so hard to find healthy foods in restaurants and even the ones that appear to be healthy, have hidden bad ingredients or ways of cooking. I know because no matter how hard I try to eat sensibly in restaurants, I always seem to gain 2 lbs back over night. Frustrating as my husband and I eat out a lot!
Anyway, it's nice to meet all of you and I hope we can encourage each other to stay on track for there is nothing more healthy than following YOAD.
