Seeing as posting here is helping me loads I decided to post my weigh ins here to keep me motivated. I've decided saturday mornings will be my official weigh-in day, but anyone else who wants to join in, feel free to post whenever you normall weigh-in. I hope we can keep each other motivated

Loss = 3.6lbs
I'm hoping for another 2lbs loss in this next week, so I'm aiming for 200lbs by the 22nd. Bring it on
I'm glad you started this thread, I really need group weigh-ins! I'm going to do mine on Monday because it makes me do better on the weekend. Today it said 129.5 (I don't trust my scale though--getting a new one.) So I've lost about 2lb this week.
I mean I guess that's okay, but I'd been doing so much better then that. Of course, some of it could very well be water weight, because I had chiles last night and I definitely ate half of a burger and half of my fries...so I'm sure that's not good for me. Plus it's TOM, but still...i was hoping for at least 2 lbs =/
I'm trying to only weigh myself only once a week, it's a challenge, because there is a scale in the bathroom (can't move it, I don't live alone), and of course the wii balance board is a scale too.
Starting Weight: 331 (last time I weighed myself before I joined site, about a week before).

Ahem, sorry for not posting on saturday, I was hiding from the numbers because I've been off plan for a week... as of now I'm hovering around the 203 mark, which is better than I expected after a week of atrocious eating. I'll be weighing in on saturday morning again as promised though.
Only a half pound loss, but my sleeping patterns and of course because of that eating patterns have been screwed up. Lack of water doesn't help much either.
+ 1lb I must admit, geting back on plan has not er gone to plan what with last minute birthday parties and lots of red wine. eek! Here's hoping september will be more controlled!
but I also think I may be retaining water because I had some very salty chips yesterday. I planned for them, so I stayed OP....but I didn't drink much water afterwords.
Whatever, a loss is a loss and I'm content. Plus, now I've lost 25 lbs! that's a lot. that puts me over 1/4 of the way to my goal =D
