Default Vegetable Marsala Burgers??

Hi everyone,

I am cooking one of these right now. It's my first one, and it smells delicious. For those who eat these, what do you put on them? Someone, dijon mustard and light mayo doesn't seem right. Ideas? I love condiments, so I don't want to eat it plain.

Thanks!

Is this a processed thing you buy or did you make it? You could try curry and light mayo mixed. You could also try yogurt with curry paste or fresh herbs.

I bought them - they are a regular item I see at Trader Joe's, but this is the first time I've had them. I might try a little mayo/curry... thanks

OMG... it was good!! So good!

I didn't have much in the way in condiments and was too lazy to do much, so I ate it with a slab of avocado and some Texas Pete. Kind of Tex-Mex meets Indian. That is one tasty burger!

Must make a note of this. I liked their house brand veggie breakfast sausage, but they haven't had them the last few times I have been there.

Vegetable Marsala Burger!!! sounds yummy. Not much interested in cooking. I tried to search for a restaurant (in BooRah.com) that would serve it but was not able to find.

Look out for some mint or mango chutney. In India they customize burger by using chutney and/or tomato ketchup for condiments. Top it with red onion slice, tomato slice and lettuce

I love them...I always use - sliced red onion, fresh sliced jalapeno peppers, sliced tomato and sometimes avocado, cheese and lettuce. I also love using the Creamy Cilantro Dressing from this site. I have also tried lowfat greek yogurt instead of mayo in this recipe.

I would also recommend Dr. Praegers Burgers - I've only tried the Tex Mex burger. As in our store you can only find the California Style or Tex Mex.

I like them too! I actually crumbled them and used them on salads.

Since you have a TJ's- they would be great with some of their tzaziki (grated cuke, garlic and yogurt)

I *love* these burgers, and just bought 4 boxes of them last week (I only make it in to Trader Joes about every 6 months -- too inconveniently located). Anyway, I just eat them plain; no condiments.

That's what I was going to suggest. And Trader Joe's just happens to sell mango chutney.
