I love pasta and I have found that I can eat it almost every day as long as it's whole wheat and I eat a single serving of it.

I totally agree!

Last Saturday, hubby and I were thinking about what to do for supper. We were contemplating different restaurants and wondering where and what we could eat to stay OP. I ended up saying forget this, and went to the grocery store, and grilled some sockeye salmon, steamed fresh sugar snap peas and a baked potato. It was a beautiful supper, yummy and healthy to boot!

i totally agree! i made a healthy version of a risotto style dish last night and it was soooo amazing, i couldnt believe it was only 3 ww points! my husband and 2 year old gobbled it too and asked for seconds. i love making good, healthy food for my family, and having them enjoy it!

Yes!! I love cooking (& eating) my healthy meals. I get SUCH a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction, knowing that I've created this scrumptious, decadent, yet totally health fare for myself and my family. I've been doing this almost three years now, and I still am so amazed at just what great food I'm eating.

I was reading this as I was finishing up my delicious breakfast consisting of 2 scrambled eggs, an ounce of cheese and fresh homemade salsa, served over 2 pieces of (low calorie) toast. It is SOOO good, and so filling that I can't believe it only comes to 300 calories. Yea!

I sometimes wonder why on earth I didn't figure out earlier that healthy, low calorie, satiating food exists.
