Thighs be gone -- I started off calorie counting, but felt it made me obsess about food making me constantly hungry. So I switched over to South Beach. Eat as much as I want, just keep the carbs low and have lost about 10lbs in the first 5 days.
Sadly the shirt was actually my high school (awesome to fit in it again~!!!) t-shirt for '04. It says, "doesn't communicate well with others" which was sarcastic because the school was "communication arts"
