lost 4 sizes so far...
The scale has been an annoyance to me lately, so I have been looking for other ways of gauging my progess. I started out in a 32 jean at 268 lbs. and I am down to size 24. Although I am still huge for my height, at least it is starting to go in the right direction. All the 3x tops were falling off of me. Yay! This feels good. I wanted to share my good news.

No doubt on the size changes. Great Job.
I'm 5'2" and I started out at 316 and was barely fitting into my 32's. Now, I'm at 255 and I'm between a 26 and 28.

Four sizes is HUGE!!! I also started out a 32 (but too embarrassed to be seen in jeans, good for you) and had to really start buying new clothes at size 24. That is a BIG DIFFERENCE in size!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!! And it only gets better!!!!
