Default -103 + 52 = -90

I was 37 lbs away from my goal...I felt fantastic, I had dropped 6 jean sizes and then WHAM I let the stress of life consume me. 2 deaths in the family, 8 necessary trips between Seattle and Orlando, cleaning out and selling a family home, ugggg, never say "What else can happen?". Since April 2008 I have regained 52 of the 103 lbs that I had lost. Yes, that means I have still lost 51 lbs, but with the 52 lbs came the sluggishness, heartburn, backaches, and all those other fun things.
But this week, I am back....turn the page...I will reach goal by my nephews May 2010 graduation, I will.

Thanks for listening, I just needed to put this in writing.

Life kind of sneaks up and kicks you in the butt, no? So sorry to hear about your losses and your gain -- you can do this, because it isn't permanent. And now is the time to get back to reality...

I'm sorry to hear about that- you had valid reasoning though!

You did it once you can do it again

Of course you can do it! Plus you didn't gain it all back, and that would have been easy to do. We are all cheering for you!

Sounds exactly like me -115 +55 and now still working off 25 of that 55. Don't beat yourself up over it. You've caught this early enough that your not having to start from square one. These journeys are rarely straight lines. You've got the right attitude you know what to do... so get on with it.
