What a day yesterday, literally jumped into a carb binge with my mouth wide open. No excuse. Yea yea, hard couple of weeks but am I going to roll back the pounds every time life gets tough? Am I going to roll back the pounds every time I start getting into the nearly normal zone? I hope not. Today I will try to make sure I don't. meh.

I've done what I always tell others, and got on the scales. argh! but even having done that makes me feel back in control again, and has somewhat dissipated the clouds of failure and guilt that were floating round me. now for something to dissipate the indigestion....
