I have exercised every day this week in some capacity. And Every day I like it more and more. Last time I got into a good groove, I loved it so much I wrote myself a blog entry that said, "DO NOT FORGET HOW AWESOME THIS FEELS." I was re-reading it yesterday and it's nice to remember.
Good for you, Lottie! That's wonderful! I, too, have gotten to the place where I LOVE working out and miss it when I don't get to do it. I don't always enjoy workign out WHILE I'm doing it....but I always love the great feeling after and the wonderful endorphins! You go, girlfriend!
I am still struggling with wanting to go to the gym. Once I get there, I am very motivated. a cardio can easly turn into an 80 minutes cardio or even longer. It's just the desire to do it. Like now, I know that I am going because I have about 50 pounds I have to get rid of. Actually it is more like 70, but 50 will make me happy. I just hate the idea of going there. Only 5 minute drive. It's a wonderful gym. Just the fact of leaving the house and the idea of working out. I just don't like it. I don't get it.
I love working out, which still kind of amazes me considering how much I fought it in the beginning. I get up at 7am, put my clothes on, and head out the door. That way I don't have to think about not going. Once I'm back at work, I will take my gym clothes with me and not come home until after my workout. It makes me feel so good and I've already noticed that my legs are getting some real shape to them.
haha That's a great idea! I love working out too.... I just hate the stress that accompanies trying to find the TIME to work out in my busy schedule. *sigh* I wish I could hit the lottery and spend the rest of my life traveling and in the gym..........

I had the same problem when I belonged to my gym. I turned out to be one of those people who preferred working out at home to Turbo Jam than working out around a bunch of strangers.
I am having problems keeping focused when I am working out. I can get up every morning and do it, but around 10 minutes in, it gets so boring, almost torturous. Although, at the end, I love the feeling and I am proud of myself.
Is there anything that you all do to make the time go by quicker?
I hate GOING to the gym and I also hate the first 10-15 minutes of working out. But, after the 20min mark . . I FEEL STRONG and POWERFUL! I am not responsible enough to make special effort to go to the gym. I have to build it into my schedule. Between the kids, school and everything else . . . I create instances where there is nothing to be done but work out! At the end when I am drenched in (gross) sweat, I love it and feel so strong! I think that I will always have to workout . . . so I have to accept building it in like any thing else.
LOTTIE63 - Congratulations on finding that lost " LOVIN' EXERCISIN' FEELIN' "
