Talking Down again!
I started back on my weight-loss journey (officially) on 7/13. Today I did my weekly weigh-in. I was down 2.5 lbs!!! So, it's a total of 6 in three weeks. I'm so , because I've really been working hard.

Little by little, I'm getting there. Today was a victory for me.
