Default Losing 40 pounds before I turn 40!
I'll be 40 years old in 2010 so I'm trying to lose at least 40 pounds, if not more, before then. Being healthier and thinner is a priority the older I get so I figure that a blog is a good start to being accountable to others! Having others support me through this blog has been so helpful -- please check it out and I bet you'll find we have a lot in common. I'd love to hear from you -- I can use all the help I can get!

I'm hoping to lose 140 lbs by 40 - I have 95 weeks.

40 is a BIG number, isn't it?
