I used to use my scale on carpet. Now I use it on a hard flat surface (like linoleum). I make sure I am balanced on it and not leaning from one side to the other or to the front or back.

If you've gotten any water on it (e.g., if it's near the shower in the bathroom), I'd suggest getting a new scale. Mine got wet and the weights it displayed were way out of whack.

1) Consume less than 120 grams of carbs, 30 grams of sugar and 1,100 net calories (factoring in exercise) 2) Exercise 6 days per week at least 45 minutes per day
