Thumbs up 24 hrs of success
i joined 3fc yesterday and managed to make it 24 hrs without 1 binge!!!
i worked out in the am - ate well all day - logged my calories - had a green tea after dinner and went to bed!!! can't beleive it - already walked today and hoping for another good day - all of you out there helped me make it 24 hours -

24 hours is great.
I have been binge-free for 9 days. I think it gets easier as time goes by, imo. And writing down all I eat helps me too.

Yay! The first 24 have always been the challenge for me. Too easy to abandon plans and say "I'll start tomorrow". You DID IT! Now you're really on your way!
