Default Need Support I've put back on 15 LBS!

I have been off my calorie counting plan long enough to gain 15 LBS from my lowest weight this year of 207. I was getting so close to Onderland and now have to relose 15 LBS! I can still wear the same size clothes which surprises me, but they are a little tighter. Could some of that be water weight? I will weight in Saturday the 25th and see how much weight I can lose by then. Wt on 7/20 222.4

It is so difficult to stay on track over holidays, and during summers in Wisconsin! I am from Northern Wisconsin, and with my experience, the state vegetable should be a french fry, lol.

I wouldn't doubt if the 15 is some water weight, maybe try to consume less sodium and more protein. Also, are you taking any supplements? Maybe try a diuretic? or Potassium.

Let's believe it's water weight and take the steps you suggested. You should see a loss by your next weigh-in. Good luck.

try eating asparagus with a couple of dinners, that is great for getting rid of excess water weight (plus, I like asparagus -- luckily, heh heh).

I have a feeling you'll have another 3 queens in no time.

We all slip Vickie, just hang in! You've had so much success already just exercise, drink water and try and purge some that bloating from bad eating.

Good luck!

At least a third of that is probably bloat, especially if you gained it quickly or with a lot of starches, but regardless you know what to do to get it off. It's
a beautiful Monday, as good a time to get out and exercise, make smart food choices and get LOTS of rest, as any!

Well *some* of it is most likely water, but *some* of it isn't.

You'll need to get back to counting those calories to get rid of any excess pounds you've put on. Now is the time to do it. Right now. This now. You've lost before and you CAN lose again. Don't put it off any longer.

15 isn't that bad... I know it sucks to re-lose weight (I'm still trying to work off an extra 30lbs) but the important thing is you caught it early. It's probably a few of water but the rest probably isn't... You know what to do though you've done it before. Just forgive yourself and move on. I've found weight loss is rarely a straight pathway.

Just point yourself in the right direction and keep marching. If you catch yourself when you get off course and redirect your efforts, you'll get where you're going. So what if it's a few weeks (months, etc) later than you expected?

I've been off the wagon for almost a month now, so I feel your pain. Luckily I didn't gain too much back, but each pound just reaffirms the feeling that I let myself down and failed so I get it.

We'll get back on track together.

Yep some is probably water. But if you've been eating really horribly then there is not doubt some that is not water as well. You caught it now, early. Now get back in there and knock those unwanted 15 lbs OUT OF THE WATER!!!! You can do this because you have done it before. You have the tools. I'm rootin for ya!

Just keep plodding VickieLou. I've lost 15 of a 27 pound regain right now. 207 for me has also been a point where I fell off (twice ugh). It sucks having to lose a regain but I know you have it in you to get back down.
