I went to see the midnight show of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince on Tuesday. The movie was good enough but not the best. I've read all the books and I LOVE them. I've seen all the movies so far as well. But, I must say, IMO this movie did not flow well at all. I did not like the fact that they made certain changes in the movie which took away the basic importance of this book. Not to mention, changes were made as to how things actually happened as well. I understand that some liberties are taken when movies are made based on books but sometimes I feel the directors lose sight of the whole thing. And, it seems, that's what happened with this movie. I wonder what my fellow HP fans thought of this movie?

The last movie I saw was Indiana Jones (4th one). That was over a year ago... We don't go often I was looking at Alice in Wonderland (Tim Burton) and think we may go when that comes out.

Its a bit hard for me to spend a nice day at the movies and I don't want to pay the price for night time movies.

The last one I saw was The Hangover... it was absolutely hilarious! I had high expectations but it definitely met them. It was the best comedy I've seen in a long time.

Before that was Star Trek... also awesome.

I saw a preview of Harry Potter on Monday night. I really enjoyed it, especially because the tickets were free! I took my daughter and her friend, who are both 10. My daughter was scared. They both had to close their eyes when the things crawled out of the water. I didn't think it was the best of the movies, but I still liked it. I'm pretty easy to please.

I also read the book, but it's been awhile so I couldn't remember exactly how the book went.

I loved the Hangover. I laughed my butt off. It is very raunchy, so don't see it if you don't like that sort of thing. The ending where they're looking at the pictures from the night before were so funny.
